DR. LARRY BANS, MD
 
After practicing General Urology for 20 years in Phoenix, Dr. Bans was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2003 and underwent a radical prostatectomy. In October 2003 he started his own practice, Prostate Solutions of Arizona (“PSA”), where he specializes exclusively in prostate diseases.  Dr. Bans has been a peer-selected “Top Doc” in PHOENIX Magazine for the past 14 years.

BILL BLAIR
Bill is an 11-1/2 year survivor with advanced Prostate Cancer. He is a Retired Senior Research Scientist (35 years), and Instructor in Surgery, Department of Research, Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, Chicago IL.

RUSSELL GOULD 
Russ was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 1998 at age 58. Russ served on the Us TOO Board of Directors from 2000-2006, and Vice Chairman of the Us TOO International Board of Directors from 2002. He now facilitates an active support group in the Chicago area.

JERRY AND JO ANN HARDY 
Jo Ann Hardy is the first woman to serve on the Us TOO Board of Directors, now Vice-chair of the Board and a member of the Executive Committee. In September 2000, at the age of 46, Jo Ann’s husband, Jerry, faced a diagnosis of prostate cancer. Jerry and Jo Ann are faithful members of the local Us TOO group at St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia, MI.

DR. SCOTT TROPPER, MD 
Currently board certified medical director for the Arizona Cancer Institute in Scottsdale AZ for the last 10+ years, which is the only center in the state with Calypso 4D-Image Guided technology used specifically for treating prostate cancer. Dr. Tropper’s expertise is in Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy and intra-operative real time prostate brachytherapy.

DR. MICHAEL GORDON, MD
Dr. Gordon serves as President and CEO of Premiere Oncology of Arizona, Associate Director of Clinical Research for the Arizona Cancer Center and as Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine. Dr. Gordon's research interest is the development of new anticancer agents and applying those agents to clinical trials.

MELISSA MORRISON, RN, CURN 
Melissa has been a nurse for 20 years, specializing in Urology & incontinence for the last 10 years.  She is currently SUNA’s (Society of Urological Nurses and Associates) Director of Urodynamics and has designed and implemented multiple continence centers. She is currently the Director of Urology Services for US Oncology in Houston, TX.
