Volunteer The SEA BLUE Prostate Cancer Walk would not be possible without the support of so many dedicated volunteers. As a volunteer we could use your help with the following activities: Please choose one or more of the volunteer activities you think you would like to do.  Please make at least 1 selection from the choices below.   -   Question - Not Required - PRE-EVENT: Community Coordinator - Promote the event in your neighborhood and in your community Viral Marketing - Help premote on Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, etc. Distribution (Chicago & suburbs) - Deliver entry forms and posters to local businesses. First two weeks of August on your own schedule Team Recruitment Contacting local businesses, churches, hospitals, etc. Gift Bag Stuffing Set Up: 3-7pm (Sept. 12th) Unloading trucks, setting up tables and chairs, etc.   Question - Not Required - DAY OF EVENT Set up: 7-8am (Sept. 13th) Unloading trucks, setting up tables and chairs, etc. Information Stations: 8am-2pm - Provide information to participants throughout the day Registration: 8am-Noon - Set up tent, register all day of attendees and provide packet pick up for pre-registered attendees Course Marshalls: 9am-1pm, Stay at assigned position on the course, provide direction and alert public to event on path.
