Friends and Supporters of Us TOO,
The wait is almost over! After months of planning and preparation, Us TOO University is only a few days away. We are so excited to see you in Chicago next Friday & Saturday!
As you prepare for the event, we wanted to share some information that will answer any last minute questions you might have:
How do I Dress?
The general response is “business casual”. More than anything, we want you to be comfortable. If you have blue, wear it! Registered attendees will receive an Us TOO International polo shirt while supplies last.
What about Friday's Dinner?
We hope that every registrant will be at the Friday Dinner. If you do not plan to attend, please let Terri Likowski know by emailing her at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have a spouse that would like to join us for dinner, they may do so by registering on site for $50.
Shuttle to the Hotel from O’Hare
Take advantage of the 24 hour, complimentary shuttle service, which runs every 15 minutes. Follow the red Shuttle signs at the airport to the designated pick-up area, O'Hare bus / Shuttle Center Door One. Shuttle buses are blue with white signage that reads Hyatt Regency O'Hare (avoid the shuttle for the Hyatt Rosemont shuttle).

It is hotel policy that you will need a credit card when you check in to cover any incidentals. Us TOO will cover your room and tax for Thursday and Friday only. You will not be charged for those days. Any discrepancies, please speak with Terri Likowski from the Us TOO staff.
For those of you who have added additional nights to your room reservation, please be sure to tell the front desk when you check in which nights you will be self-pay. It should be marked in their system, but please make sure when you check-in to avoid confusion with the master bill.
If you must cancel your reservation, please do so no later than August 17 so Us TOO can avoid being charged.
Self-park for the days of the event will be discounted to $10.00 per day. Validation box will be located at the Us TOO registration table.
