Dear Friend,

We hope that you’re doing well. As the month of October comes to a close, we’d like to extend our sincere thanks once again to everyone who helped to make the 10th Anniversary of the SEA Blue Chicago Prostate Cancer Walk & Run a success!

As noted on the website, we’ve raised more than $114K together so far! Another $20K has been pledged in matching funds bringing the total up to approximately $134K, in addition to corporate sponsorship. The SEA Blue event serves as an important source of funding for prostate cancer educational initiatives and local program services provided at no charge.

Tomorrow, October 31st, is the deadline for contributing to the 2014 SEA Blue event. If you haven’t already done so, please CLICK HERE  to DONATE.

A big “thank you” and “congrats” to all members from each of the following three teams that raised the most money for the SEA Blue event. Each team receives a brewery tour and beer tasting at Hofbrauhaus in Rosemont (CLICK HERE).

1st Place: Team Russ Gould – Raised $6,268
2nd Place: Team TC – Raised $4,350
3rd Place: Team Adase – Raised $4,220

Although not in the running to win a prize, worthy of honorable mention is the Us TOO board of directors' “Boardwalkers” team that raised more than $20K. Thanks, guys; great work! And thank you to Rick Lyke with Pints for Prostates for providing another $20K in matching funds!
